What are Essential Oils and why would I want to use them?

Essential Oils have been used for thousands of years in many different cultures for medicinal and health purposes because of their antidepressant, antibacterial, antiseptic, antiviral, antispasmodic, calming, stimulating properties to name but a few.  However, it is said that their therapeutic potential has yet to be fully realised.

The use of Aromatherapy in today's world can be considered a truly holistic treatment when taking into account the unity of the Mind, Body & Soul trilogy working together as one alongside lifestyle and diet of todays world.
